In the late 90s, we invested in land lease chattel notes. We grew to create a fund and rolled our services to other land lease community owners. We now focus on the acquisition and ownership of land lease communities.
Today
Equity position in six states (CO, LA, MO, MS, NY, OK) with two sources of capital.
Our value add: Acquiring parks that are underperforming with low occupancy for turnaround situations.
Our Turn-Key Approach: Park is occupied with stable returns. Reliable history and future opportunity for steady growth.
Acquisition Criteria
Parks with 150 spaces or more, close to Metropolitan Areas. We prefer non-rental spaces but will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Special treatment given to multiple-park opportunities and/or parks in close proximity to our current locations.
